From just before the madness: Final program of the conference I organized at Queen’s University, Belfast, three years ago. Still very proud of it–from the plenary speakers to the intellectual design and level of the sessions to the relaxed and convivial atmosphere. Huge H.T. to the great James A. T. Lancaster of the University of Queensland, who, in addition to being a brilliant intellectual historian, is also (somehow) a design and layout genius, responsible for the sumptuousness of this document.
